The menu at Miznon exists thanks to the fresh products that are available that week, and therefore changes from day to day and from place to place. This is a sample menu that will illustrate the mindset of the Miznon as it is.

Chicken Liver Roasted in scallion 

Minute Steak Slim slices of steak, roasted to perfection. 

Intimate cuts A slow cooked cow and root vegetables stew. 

Steak and eggs. With crème fresh. 

Amburger like only we have. Egg is optional. 

Lamb Kebab To Die For

Folded Cheeseburger Just like in New York. 

Spachtal kebab A huge kebab scarf that slides out of a pita

Bolognese pita Bolognese ragout pasta in a pita with spicy green lips

Meorav Shakes the heart of a man and a chicken.

From The Fields 

White Broken cauliflower, roasted on a plancha, swirled with tahini, tomatoes, and  scallions.  

Red Maggie tomatoes, onions, scallions and one green pepper walk onto a grill. Taste how it  ends.  

Eggs no steak The thought of what isn’t there creates what IS there. 

Potato Pita Pieces of A bonfire potato anointed with olive oil, sea salt and Crème Fraiche.

Masabaha Lima Beans. Soaked in sage and garlic.  

Ratatouille aubergines, zucchini, tomatoes and onions in a burning tomatoes perfume. Egg.

Enchanted Mushrooms Golden on boiling steel with scallions and sour cream.

Outside the Pita 

Intimate Plate A slow cooked cow and root vegetables stew, resting on tahini.

Ratatouille plate Eggplants, zucchini, tomatoes and onions, golden to perfection roasted in a tomato perfume.

Golden chicken liver plate on boiling steel with spring onions. 

Masabaha Lima beans The hot lima plate we brought to the world, wrapped in the tomatoes,  onions and hot peppers.

Meat bag Deep cuts of beef cooked all night in root vegetable stock, golden in  tremendous heat.

Whole field animals 

A whole Cauliflower That’s right, that one. 

A sweet potato As sweet as they come. 

Run over Potato Run over by a heavy stone, nursing on crème fraiche, garlic and dill. 

Tomato pile With olive oil, spicy and Za’atar.

The Sweet End: 

Chocolate & Bananas row Bananas polished with sugar and fire, lying in a sweet end of a pita.
